About the Sprouts Recipes
Each week, Sprouts receive a recipe that is especially designed just for them. Featuring a fruit or vegetable of the week, there is a recipe for 4-6 year olds, one for 7-9 year olds, and one for those savvy Sprouts Chefs in the 10-12 year old age category.
We want SWEFM shoppers to see for themselves just how simple it is to make and share home cooked meals around the kitchen table with their friends and family. Encouraging children to make decisions about their grocery shopping, empowering them to make healthy nutritional choices, learning to cook from seasonal recipes, and involving children in meal prep are important elements in achieving this goal.
