The Fort Edmonton Foundation was founded in 1969 by a group of community leaders, many of them Rotarians. It was formed to help preserve the history of Edmonton. The Fort Edmonton Foundation raises funds, with community support to bring capital projects and offer initiatives to Fort Edmonton Park. We will be at the market to raise awareness of what we do and we will be promoting campaigns and fundraising for the Foundation.

Together with our multidisciplinary partners, we work towards the common goals of supporting children & youth who have been impacted by abuse. We strive to create a future where every child & youth is heard, believed & supported.

Edmonton’s Food Bank provides food to over 25,800 people through our hamper programs and over 350,000 snacks and meals each month through 300 local agencies, shelters, churches, food depots, and schools. Visitors can come pick up free seeds and learn how to help those in need by growing food to donate!
