Fresh Sheet: June 6, 2018

This week's Fresh Sheet is up and we are full of the best food in edmonton!

Join us WEDNESDAY in the Terwillegar Recreation Center

in Parking Lot E from 4 to 7:30pm

This week we have a bouncy castle day planned at the market, so be sure to bring the kiddies out for a free bounce (or two!).  In addition to supporting local, we see the SWEFM as a place where you can learn about your community, where the kids can enjoy activities and where families can grab a bite to eat while visiting with friends, neighbors and family. It is a place where community bonds are strengthened. Where the local economy is supported in a significant way. And where community spirit comes alive.

Join us here on the Fresh Sheet every Tuesday to see what's fresh and happening at your favourite farmers' market! Remember, please leave Fido at home; we are a pet-free market (service animals are allowed!).

The Canadian Blood Services team will be in our Community Tent this week.  They will be on site providing information on blood donation.  This will include having calendars and flyers of the upcoming donation clinics in Terwillegar.  They'll also be handing out some goodies, so be sure to stop by! This year we launched our Young Vendors Program, which gives 13 to 17 year olds a chance to sell their homemade products .   This week we are hosting Dipped , a Junior Achievement Company.  Dipped is changing the coffee drinking community by creating a new standard of sustainable instant coffee, through committing to decomposable materials and an eco-friendly process.
