Fresh Sheet: July 27, 2016

Balance is key to summer fun!

Join us WEDNESDAY in the Terwillegar Recreation Center Parking Lot from 4-7:30

With K-Days, Taste of Edmonton and a number of other food-centered summer festivals underway, it's easy to go a little overboard with trying new delicious (often junky) dishes on the midway. While the dishes we taste during summertime festivals may not be the healthiest, it's okay to indulge and enjoy food with friends and family without guilt! Finding a balance is key to healthy lifestyles, and we are more than happy to be your source of fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy prepared dinners to balance out all of those ice cream comes, corn dogs, and mini doughnuts you scarf down with friends this summer.

Join us here on the Fresh Sheet every Tuesday to see what's fresh and happening at your favourite farmers' market! Remember, please leave Fido at home- no dogs are allowed where food is being served!
